What are the ten Light bodies?!

The Ten Light Bodies are all aspects of your body and energy field. You may already be familiar with some of them like the aura and subtle body from ascension teachings, reiki or other spiritual paths.

Understanding the ten bodies can help you to understand yourself, not just your mind, but your energy on a much deeper level. When you can tune into your own energy centres you gain power over them.

You can discern and decide what you do and donโ€™t want in your energy fields and shift stuck energy within all levels and layers of your being.

And the best part?! You can learn how to PROGRAM your own energy bodies so that they project and attract the opportunities, magic and light you are seeking!! ๐Ÿ˜
