The Full Moon in Aries is all about letting go of anything that’s stopping you from standing in your strength and power.

As the New Moon in Aries symbolises a new zodiac year and a fantastic opportunity to manifest, when the Full Moon arrives here it’s time to check-in with the seeds that were sown six months ago.

Ideally, we should be doing this every full moon and taking a visit back to the flipside and what we were doing, what we were manifesting, what was going on in our lives six months ago.

So take a moment to think, journal or meditate upon where you were then. What’s changed? What have you learned? What blessings have come into your life? What have you created? What challenges have you made it through?

Look at how far you’ve come and be proud of yourself for making it to this point.

The Full Moon in Aries is a wonderful time to count your blessings and really dive deep into the energy of gratitude to help propel you through the next six months with love, grace and ease.

And as always, the Full Moon is always a good time to shed what is no longer needed. As Aries is such a strong, brave and self-assertive sign, it’s a great time to let go of anything that is stopping you from standing in your power. Old beliefs and stories and even old outfits that don’t make you feel like your best self have to go!
